We are seeking an individual to join our team as the Shipping Supervisor Assistant
Duties Include:
- Organize and help facilitate the day-to-day operations of the shipping department and warehouse
- Collaborate with office staff and shipping personnel to coordinate the bagging of orders
- Assist with providing direction to the shipping team as required
- Complete necessary tasks effectively and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Familiar with a variety of equipment and able to recognize when something is not operating as it should
- Experience working with and operating heavy equipment
- Confident decision maker
- Quick and responsive to changes in work environment
- Team player – willing to do what ever it takes to get the job done
- Previous warehouse work experience considered an asset
